First of all, let me welcome you as a member here at My||Andr forums. If you are new here, reading these rules is the best idea you have had other than joining here. It ensures you understand where we are coming from and how we like to operate our forum for the benefit of all here concerned, Mods and Members alike.

As with every forum online we have some simple rules here to follow. This makes everyone's experience of My||Andr as a whole more enjoyable.

Here I will outline them as simply as possible. If you take the time to read them in full, there will be no doubt as to the behavior expected of you as a member here. Some people past and present think that because we are a WAREZ forum, then any behaviour is acceptable. This is not the case! Call it the Pirate Code. I would not abuse or otherwise treat people with disrespect in real life, therefore it is appropriate that we treat others in the same manner of respect online also. I am sure that makes perfect sense.

Each Member has to RESPECT and follow these rules. No-One is excepted, Moderators and Members alike.

Any Member found to be operating outside of these rules maybe warned and or banned. The latter being most likely as we operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy to forum troublemakers.

FORBIDDEN TOPICS anywhere at andr||net forums:

• Porn, politics, spam, religion, commercial advertisement, selling software.
• Drugs and/or their use and/or manufacture. This is a warez forum, if you are a chem head you do not belong here!
• Political, racial and religious debates or discrimination will NOT be tolerated.
• DO NOT ask about CREDIT card numbers nor post information on them, ask about IP addresses or usernames and passwords, FAKE ID's, how to hack, hacking emails or MSN, Yahoo ID's etc.
• PLEASE REFRAIN from using profanity in your posts, it is not needed or wanted and word censors are put in place to prevent it, any threads found to contravene this rule will be locked/deleted and a warning given.
• TRADING of warez here is NOT tolerated and will result in an INSTANT BAN, no explanation necessary or given.
• WE DO NOT TOLERATE SPAM OR PORN HERE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AND A BAN WILL FOLLOW!!
• If you post a Dex or FTP link that contains porn you will face a ban if you continue to do so and not check. It does not matter if the original uploader adds them later. You should be checking it. NO EXCUSE!
• DO NOT Post Cracks/NFO's that are not released by known released groups.
  Above all, DO NOT POST said cracks/NFO's with the andrnet or My||Andr logo in any image or statement.
  We are not at this time a Cracking group nor do we sponsor any group!
  Any non official Crack/NFO must be submitted to the Admin/Mod team for approval first!
• Topics related to online filesharing hosts such as Rapidshare, Megaupload etc can only be posted in the Pinned Topic at the Discussion, Talk & Suggestions section, ONLY!

• HotLinking to Porn sites in Passwords, Images or otherwise is still a BAN.
  No warning given! Be sure to check that when you copy/paste from another forum!
  Please make sure those Images DO NOT Hotlink to another forum where you have to join and register! That is still considered Spam!
  We also don't want Image Hotlinks to software manufacturers as that might tip them off more than we would like. Use a free image host or your personal one.
  Use the code box also. This will make links dead!

• We at andr||net forums do not support advertising of sites in signatures or elsewhere, there is a provision in your Personal Profile to provide a link there. That is the only place you can do that!
  Any person found to be using their sig in this manner is asked to please edit it accordingly to fit in with our guidelines here (IMMEDIATELY) Any members sig found to be outside of this guideline will be dealt with at our discretion.
  
  Also sizes of sigs to be as follows:
  max size no more than 300 x 300
  or
  450 x 150
  or
  no more than 600 pixels in all and max 100kb.

• I've been getting a lot of complaints about people not searching before they post and then arguments from other members about who posted first.
  
  We at andr DO NOT care who posted it first.
  
• This is about sharing, not a competition on who is king in first posts. Relax!
  Many of those posts are leeched or copy/pasted from other warez sites and this is done all the time.
  
  DO NOT think that you are special doing so and somehow protected by andr.
  
• You are here to share and live links are all welcome.
  Putting mirrors up is not against the rules and welcomed as long as they are good direct links.
  The race to get Rapidshare Points has become a problem for some time. When it becomes a problem here in the forum and it's related to the above problems, there will be severe penalties to pay.
  
  Any infraction of this in the forum where members are fighting or arguing about who posted first or bitching about mirror links will be given a VERY LONG SUSPENSION or COMPLETE BAN!!

SOME GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW WHEN POSTING HERE:

• Please use appropriate section for your posts. Be concise and informative at the same time with your title, the title must therefore REFLECT THE CONTENT!
• Direct Links Only are acceptable. NO RE-DIRECTING LINKS ALLOWED!! However in some instances, moderator discretion will take precedence.
• Bumping a topic or thread is unnecessary and will result in a locked topic, this is unfair to the threads author and in the case of a REQUEST, if someone has not replied it is likely that no-one can help with it.
• When posting please keep the topic content strictly to the program name (in the case of appz or games for example) and version with build number. Try not to use the terms 'Help me please' or 'I am looking for', this does nothing to help you besides fill the forum with messy and uninformative topics, also REFRAIN from using symbols in the topic such as @@@ or <<>> %^&#$@*()+_?{} [ ] etc.
• This is an English Forum. If another language is used, then a translation must follow or topic will be Locked!
• ANY request posted here in a section WITHOUT a dedicated REQUEST section must contain 'REQ:' in the topic, failure to do so will result in a locked topic.
• IN sections where there is a DEDICATED Request section there is NO NEED to post REQUEST or {REQ] or [REQ] in your topic as your need of a REQUEST has been established by your posting there.
• andr||net has a SEARCH engine, please make use of it before you make ANY request, you may find whatever it is you are looking for has already been answered..IT works!!!
• ANY topic or thread/reply that contravenes the forum rules will be locked/deleted and a reason given where appropriate or necessary.
• If you have a problem or issue with a post you have made that was either locked or deleted, please contact the moderators concerned via PM, DO NOT post a thread in any section here bitching about it, threads of this nature will be instantly locked/deleted and further action taken if deemed necessary.

Lastly, some general guidelines for the forum, please read carefully :

• If you have a problem with a post or reply by another member here or have been a victim of abuse or otherwise from another member, contact sp00kster or RavRob and they will take care of them. We DO NOT tolerate abusive or troublesome people here! Report them to sp00kster or RavRob immediately via PM.
• REFRAIN FROM emailing moderators unless asked to do so. It is preferred that the 1st method of personal contact is via PM. Please use that....If you cannot login to the forum to use PM, please contact sp00kster or RavRob via the email address in his profile (you can find this without having to register another nick to view the forum. Just load our homepage, we check emails daily so they will not be missed.
• When registering at andr||net for the first time, please remember to read the rules first then choose your nick carefully, nicks made up entirely of symbols are not acceptable ie : ^_^ or [@%^#] or the like. Email addies are Not acceptable as nicks. We reserve the right to decide at any time what is not acceptable for a username. So if you register one successfully then find that the nick has been disallowed, it has most likely been deemed unsuitable and blocked from our database.
• The website andr.net and forum.andr.net share only a common name. We are not associated with cracksite administration therefore have no control over content offered by the cracksite. If you download something nasty from the cracksite or any link posted by members here at the forum, do not complain about it to us. Let the Downloader Beware!
• Any administrative issues such as password resets and the like, contact sp00kster or RavRob.
